Our client approached to join them at their event in Munich. The venue itself is quite unique, constituted of a plenary session expo and catering area were essentially a blank canvas. in charge of designing the aesthetic, selecting the appropriate technology, and ensuring flawless execution.
Our journey began with a day dedicated to setup and rehearsals, leading up to the live event.
The BMW team realized we were a team player, readily tackling any challenges.

This extraordinary event was a fusion of technical and creative elements, meticulously. designed to ignite the client journey.
The event spanned four days in total, including two days dedicated to setup, one day for rehearsals, and culminating in the live day, which involved a workforce of over 180 staff members and a fleet of 20 trucks.
Throughout the duration of the event, I averaged approximately 25,000 steps each day.

Simplicity in Paris
We went to the 28 George V location in Paris, a distinctive venue, exuded the ambiance of a vast loft. We dressed the venue with captivating directional signage, guiding attendees from one intriguing area to another, all while encompassing a beautifully adorned auditorium that we had thoughtfully dressed.
The highlight of the day was Helene Darroze’s Q&A, she shared her insights on business management and team leadership. Her key takeaway was the importance of human interaction and the significance of dedicating time to actively listen to her staff.
Signage and branding were key in this venue to guide the guest onto the right path.
